The Academy operates from a large modern building of some 9000sq.ft/3000sq.m.
containing some superb facilities:
Dive Tank
A purpose built dive tank (approx 12 m long x 4 m wide with a water depth
of 3m) with large viewing windows and water level access area. A dive control
system serves the tank similar to those found on commercial dive sites.
Decompression Chamber
A professional fully outfitted 60" Twin lock DDC with room for up to 8 people
for a simulated dive. The system has BIBS, gas analysis, fire extinguishers,
sound-powered phones, bunks, lights, comms, video etc.
Workshops
Clean workshops for equipment maintenance training.
Lecture Room
Seating and tables for up to 30 people. Multi-media projector and screen.
