Maintenance and Technician Training: The correct maintenance and preparation of diving life support equipment is essential.

'Life Support Equipment' indicates its critical nature but many accidents and incidents on dive operations are still due to incorrect equipment maintenance or use.

Courses are run for both divers and dive technicians. Diving students must be aware that this element of the course can only be an introduction to a skill and subject in which competent dive technicians make a lifelong career.
